This nine unit infill development made use of two undersized parcels left over from a Cal Trans freeway improvement. With a joint site area of slightly over half an acre, care was given to maintaining a sense of openness while still making a profitable project. The Almond-Shuey neighborhood was heavily involved in the design process to make sure that the result met with developer, city, and community goals.
Consisting of two and three bedroom loft style units and being within walking distance to the Walnut Creek Bart station makes this a perfect place for commuters and students.
Designed by Galen Grant while employed by others.
